Tasting from 17.10.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

On the nose, dried dark berries, chokeberry, liquorice and cocoa. Quite light and elegant on the palate, with a nice balance of essential oils and dried fruit character. Seems pleasantly grown-up.
