Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep ruby, purple reflections, broad and bright rim. Fine red berry confit, nuances of fine oak spice, delicately underlaid with blackberry fruit, and with a hint of candied orange zest. Substantial, very complex, sweet cherry, vivid supporting tannins, and there is pronounced fruit on the finish. It has very good length and a spicy finish, but it needs further bottle ageing.
