Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Hints of cassis underlaid with a fine nougat note, black cherries, delicately tobacco-like, nuances of precious wood. Juicy, elegant, pleasant fruit sweetness, present, well-integrated tannins, mineral touch, fine chocolate notes, delicate leafy spice, sweet aftertaste.
