Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Rustic aroma with an earthy character. Rum pot and dark chocolate dominate. Smoky contours. Alcohol-influenced hot taste with a sweetish character. Cooked fruit and drying tannins remain at the forefront. Thus lacks a little drinking animation. Solid.
