Intense bouquet, notes of cassis and blackberry confit, roasted red peppers and cherry confit. Subtle notes of savoury spices and some vanilla. A smooth attack on the palate, with a soft acidity, lots of cassis notes and wild berry confit, caramel and smoky nuances. Polished tannins, with a medium-long finish.
