Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Cherry pit, marzipan, but also violets. Juicy on the attack, fine and lively acidity, firm tannin in a rather discreet amount, all powerfully underpinned with minerality, elegance and density, reminiscent in structure of a good Beaujolais Cru, such as a Fleurie, but with its own language.
