Tasting from 10.02.2023: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, discreet brightening on the rim. Subtle smoky-herbal savoury background, ripe blackberry, cassis, plums, nougat, a hint of liquorice, orange zest. Substantial, black currant, subtle fruit expression and a peppery touch. Massive, somewhat demanding tannins; a kind of Syrah thick juice that literally screams for a proper steak from the grill.
