Deep ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, watery rim. Intense dark berry fruit, ethereal nuances, hints of cassis, blackberry and liquorice, fine notes of precious wood, some nougat. Juicy, fine extracted sweetness, ripe cherries, round tannins, delicate chocolate flavour, already very harmonious and accessible, mineral finish, lingers well, a versatile food companion with certain ageing potential.
