Tasting Notes
A touch of tar and crushed, wild blackberry appear first on the nose. A lovely earthiness follows as well as hints of white pepper. On the palate, the blackberry gives way to ripest cherry, outlined by exquisite and pure freshness that gives great definition to the highly aromatic fruit. The very slightest lick of vanilla and creaminess still sits in the background but just a little bottle age will let the fruit shine completely. Lovely.
