Light golden yellow, delicate copper reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate dried pear, yellow plum, candied orange zest. Juicy, sweet stone fruit, yellow peach, marshmallows, pleasant acidity, leafy savouriness on the finish, mineral-salty on the back palate, white nougat on the finish.
