Medium, bright greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicately nutty aromas with ripe yellow tropical fruit, hints of mango and blossom honey, and candied lime zest. The palate is silky with delicate sweetness, some white asparagus, subtle caramel, and a touch of white nougat on the finish. Well-developed and versatile.
