Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.09.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Chocolate, thyme, earthy, loamy notes, dried pine brushwood. Creamy attack, very fine tannin pressure, densely covered with crumbly pixels, markedly viscous, mild acidity, accompanied by chocolaty aromas, powerful wine with passably integrated alcohol.
