Foliage, menthol, some wood, a little buttery, quite homogeneous on the palate, lots of juice and powerful, ripe tannins, stable acidity, mineral underpinnings, almost on the austere side of the stylistic spectrum, certain austerity, well-integrated alcohol. Well suited for culinary use.
