Tasting from 22.05.2014

Strong ruby garnet, delicately undercoated, subtle edge brightening. Delicately spicy after undergrowth and herbs, fine nougat, dark berry fruit, ripe plums, delicate tobacco nuances. Juicy, extract-sweet texture, present, sweet tannin from the American wood, salty minerality, sweet cherry confit on the finish, good length, already well developed, a versatile food companion.
