Pale greenish yellow. Intense gooseberry and elderflower aromas on the nose, very typical of the variety, inviting grapefruit notes. Racy, mineral on the palate, relatively powerful, somewhat astringent on the finish, somewhat vegetal Sauvignon Blanc style.
