Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Cherry scent on the nose, blueberry, blackcurrant, menthol, vanilla, cedar wood. Powerful on the palate, juicy, red fruit, cherry, berry fruit, supple, velvety tannins, well-integrated acidity, subtle fruit sweetness. Slightly mineral aftertaste, oak savouriness, well-balanced, long on the palate.
