Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fresh herbal savouriness, a hint of white pear, ripe gooseberries, candied orange zest, nuances of damp gravel. Complex, fine fruit sweetness, fresh apple, fine acid structure, pome fruit on the finish, salty nuances in the aftertaste.
