Tasting from 14.10.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Concentrated but never exuberant fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of black cherry, raspberry and some cassis. Also fine herbal-savoury nuances with lovage, hyssop and fennel seed. Open structure on the palate, soft acidity, aroma of dark wild berries and fleshy, savoury nuances. Fine tannin, long finish.
