Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. On the nose there is a delicate scent of white apple, nuances of blossom, some lime zest, passion fruit and ripe fig. Very good complexity on the palate, which is tight-knit, mineral-salty, with peach notes on the finish and a fine savoury aftertaste. It has a balanced acid structure and good persistence - a pure example of the variety.
