Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate scents of white apple, nuances of blossom, some lime zest, passion fruit and ripe fig. The palate shows very good complexity; tight knit, mineral-salty, balanced acid structure with notes of peach on the finish and a finely spicy aftertaste. Long lasting and a racy example of the variety.
