Tasting from 11.10.2018: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A subtle, delicate bouquet with notes of wild cherry, cranberry and raspberry, as well as blackberry and floral-spicy hints in the background - it seems very complex already on the nose. On the palate it's more straightforward, with a velvety-juicy texture and fine but still noticeable tannin. The long finish brings lots of wild cherry and a touch of mineral savouriness.
