The red wine Ulrich der Erste from the winery Weinbau Festiguet has been rated in 2020 by Herzog & Vombach with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch from the region Ligerz in Switzerland.
Dark, spicy bouquet with notes of liquorice, graphite, dried plum and dark chocolate. Hints of malt. Soft structure on the palate, fine, easily perceptible tannins, suitable acidity and a spicy, mineral finish.
