Tiefdunkles Rubingranat mit violett schimmernden Farbreflexen, dezente Randaufhellung. Sehr vielschichtiger Duft nach feiner Edelholzwürze, Waldbeere, Cassis, schwarzen Oliven, würzigen Pfefferoni und Reifenoten nach Lakritze. Die samtige, ausgewogene, kräftige Linie entstand durch die längere behutsame Reifung und wird durch markante Holznoten nach Gewürznelke, Zimtrinde und das Röstaroma Vanille schmeichelnd unterstützt. Zart-bitter Noten der Schokolade sowie leicht rauchiger Toast stützen die weich abgerundeten Tannine und lassen seinen Gesamtcharakter am Gaumen ausgezeichnet zur Geltung kommen. Dennoch sehr jugendlich, mit pikanter Säure im Abgang! Mineralisch und anhaltend, verfügt über weiteres Entwicklungspotenzial.

Dark ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate notes of precious wood and nougat, black forest berry confit, a hint of vanilla and coconut. Juicy, red cherries, fresh acidity, round tannins, mineral, a hint of extract sweetness on the finish, persistent, has further ageing potential.
