Tasting Notes

87
Tasting from 30.05.2019: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Fine, fruity bouquet with candied citrus fruits, apple and passion fruit, plus a certain spiciness. Full-bodied, fruity on the palate, with noticeable carbonic acid. Light and lively thanks to the balanced acidity, quite a short finish.
