Pale yellow green with silver reflections. Fine ripe tropical fruit, nuances of mint and verbena, hints of guava, very multi-faceted and attractive. Complex, tight-knit and mineral, fine acidity, ethereal nuances, mineral and very long-lasting, sure development and certain ageing potential, a multi-layered food companion.
