Tasting from 19.11.2021: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow with silver reflections and a very delicate mousse. The inviting bouquet sees nuances of peach underpinned by aromas of white flowers, a hint of honey and delicate white tropical fruit. Medium-bodied, with fresh acidity, white apple fruit, then a lemony-salty finish. An elegant aperitif style.
