Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Delicately cloudy, bright garnet red with onion-colored reflections. Aroma of pomegranate seeds, rosehip, nectarine and star-raisin apple, plus cinnamon, cherry stone and fresh fig. Dry, with moderately fresh acidity and a juicy character. Mild attack, fine grip and a subtle bitter note on the finish. The tannins and acidity remain soft and accessible. Cleanly made, a mild orange wine for beginners.
