Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry, cherry and rosehip on the nose, accompanied by fine wood savouriness, smoke and dried herbs like thyme, also some plum. Juicy on the palate with balanced acidity, medium weight in body and fruit, fine-grained tannin in medium quantity, pronounced herbal savouriness and also hints of minerality. Retains moderation and finesse from the warm 2018 vintage. May continue to evolve.
