Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.08.2020

This has a pale golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of fresh yellow apple fruit, delicate orange zest, some blossom honey, and a mineral touch. It is juicy, elegant, with lovely white apple fruit, a fresh structure, and a lemony minerality on the finish. It lingers well, and is a very good light-footed varietal wine.
