It has a fruity and fresh bouquet, with aromas of citrus, apricot, and pineapple, as well as nutty hints, some cold smoke, and notes of freshly cut wood. It is comparatively powerful on the palate, with ripe acidity, and yellow fruit. There are also nutty notes, and it has a long and slightly salty finish, with a smoky touch.
