Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate gooseberry notes, some white apple, a hint of blossom honey, fresh herbs and papaya, delicate hints of bergamot. Fine structure, integrated acidity, sweet extract, delicate caramel, yellow stone fruit on the finish, a good food companion.
