Tasting Notes
Strong red; quite intense, fruity bouquet, notes of red currants, cloves, also grassy tones, somewhat mature, slightly unclean wood influence, foxtone; full-bodied on the palate, soft fullness, dry tannin, spicy, suitable acidity, aromas of rose hips, cherries; good length. Piquant wine that one would not have expected from Schinznach.
