Dense in the fragrance, there is a lot on offer: Black cherry, cassis, clove, black pepper, also some rhubarb. Substantial, takes to the palate with rich, pure black cherry, fine contrasting acidity, slightly salty, some sour cherry, savoury, deep minerality.
