Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.11.2018

Some yeast, hay, nutty aromas typical of the variety - and a very subtle hint of (large) wooden barrels. Fresh carbonic acid at the start, appetizingly balanced structure, light in alcohol, not too sweet, an ideal accompaniment to food.
