Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer

Floral hints of elderflower determine the top note, ripe light grapes, nuances of honey and a fine spiciness. The attack has a fine perlage and balanced sweetness, which is countered by a delicate acidity. Fruity grape in the mid-palate, the elderflower blooms once again, especially in the lively finish.
