Pale greenish-yellow, with silvery highlights. Candied lime zest, a floral touch, delicately reductive, nutty spice, and stone fruit notes underpinned by minerality. Tight and well-structured, with white tropical fruit, a very racy structure, salty and lingering on the palate; will benefit from further bottle aging.
