Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver glints. Pleasant herbal notes, a hint of passion fruit, ripe apple, as well as delicate hints of blossom honey. Savoury bouquet. Juicy, elegant, powerful, balanced acidity, delicately creamy, followed by candied orange zest marked by a dark finish. A lovely food companion.
More about the tastingMedium greenish yellow with silver reflections. The nose brings ripe yellow tropical fruit, nuances of fresh apricot, subtle blossom honey, and a floral touch. Juicy and powerful on the palate, with a core of ripe honeydew melon and a subtle acid arc. Very much a fruit-driven, opulent style with a sweet finish that lingers. Will benefit from bottle age.
