Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Floral scent on the nose, tangerine, sweet stone fruit, peach, apricot, also passion fruit, a little candy sugar, stony savouriness. Compact on the palate with good substance and a vivid, integrated acidity that interacts with the residual sweetness, alongside yellow fruit on the finish with citric and mineral notes.
