Tasting Notes
Dark cherry, ripe plum, cinnamon, smoke and cedar on the nose promise density and stature. The palate delivers that too, and properly, ripe smooth tannins fill the mouth, and freshness skilfully counters while white pepper gleams.
More about the tastingMalty ripe notes, milk chocolate, fig, blueberries, but also herbs, goutweed. Strong alcohol, fine-grained tannin, which has dimension and firmness despite its fineness, Pinot is recognizable in the spicy palate fruit. Exciting.
