Very savoury aroma, grated apple, quince, pear juice, lemon balm, woodruff, some smoke and crushed rock. On the palate it shows with fine acidity, phenolic grip, gripping acidity, apple again, plus some lime and grapefruit, has a good structure and length, individual style.
