Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green in colour. Delicately reductive on the nose, with white peach fruit, some attractive floral aromas, stone fruit notes, grapefruit zest and a honeyed touch. Complex and light-footed, even racy, on the palate, it's perfectly balanced with some fine citrus notes on the finish. Stimulating to drink, a multi-faceted bottle with very good ageing potential.
