Tasting Notes
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate smoky underlay, yellow tropical fruit notes, damp stone, some blossom honey and ripe pineapple, an attractive aroma. Juicy, ripe peach, fine acidity, elegant and persistent. It has great length with a sweet fruit finish, and has definite ageing potential.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green with silver reflections. There are aromas of fresh orange zest, white peach, a touch of passion fruit and pineapple, minerality and just a hint of lime. In the mouth it is full-bodied, tight-knit and mineral, with fine fruit expression and a subtle saltiness on the finish. Long-lasting flavours and with definite ageing potential.
