Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. Dark minerality, fresh meadow herbs, ripe yellow apple, still somewhat underdeveloped bouquet. As full-bodied as ever on the palate, but this time particularly well-balanced thanks to the finesse of the acid structure, good length and piquancy, pronounced minerality, great certain ageing potential.
