Medium green-yellow in colour. Ripe yellow tropical fruit, yellow peach and a honeyed note, with some botrytis savouriness on show on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and complex, with subtle residual sugar and a dark minerality. The finesse-rich acidity underpins white tropical fruit on the finish. A companion for powerful food.
