Light yellow-green with silver reflections. The nose has fine, inviting apple fruit, greengage, a touch of blossom honey and a little mandarin zest. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a touch of pear, fine acid structure and a lemony finish. Already well developed, with good length and a mineral aftertaste.
