Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Inviting nose with sour cherry, cardamom, peppery notes - reductive, fresh, and fun. On the palate, it could almost have a bit more extract. The tannin is discreet, the acidity a bit in the background. Cool wine, one looks forward to what is still to come.
