Tasting from 25.11.2011

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Ripe plum and cherry fruit on the nose, chocolaty nuances, fine herbal spice, some dried fruit, underlaid with a balsamic touch. A texture like drinking chocolate, demanding tannins, clear residual sugar, appears a little monstrous, chocolaty finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
