Tasting Notes
A deep dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose fresh black wild berry fruit, hints of sour cherry, and red berry nuances. It is juicy, with ripe cherry, vivid tannins, some nougat, and a subtle leafy aspect on the finish, and it still needs time.

Dark berry fruit with delicate herbal and spicy undertones, a hint of black cherries, dark minerality, some nougat. Complex, delicately spicy, blackberry confit, present, well-integrated tannins, freshly structured, sweet finish, already drinkable, will benefit from some bottle ageing.
