Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. On the nose it has fine yellow apple, nuances of honeydew melon, hints of meadow herbs and a touch of fine orange zest. In the mouth it is full-bodied and mineral, yet relatively slender, displaying juicy yellow apple fruit, dark savoury nuances and good development. Definite ageing potential.
