Tasting Notes

88 - 90
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A fruity and aromatic nose with apricot, apple with citrus notes, along with floral and savoury hints. On the palate an initial vibrant, fresh and juicy acidity balances with the well-judged and integrated sweetness. Flavours of apple and citrus with some lime juice and savoury and mineral notes. A good example which would pair well with food.
